We are a small grower who has been producing high quality Fraser Fir Christmas Trees for over 40 years.
Rob Hunt was introduced to the Christmas tree business in 1975 while he completing a graduate degree at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. He worked for a small grower part time to fund his education. In 1976 he took over a field of neglected trees, and High Country Christmas Trees was created. The business has expanded to three farms in the High Country of North Carolina and Virginia.
